SHIPPING AND DELIVERY 

• Domestic Shipments: All shipment are processed using The Courier Guy and will be shipped within 3-5 business days. At the present moment we do not offer expedited shipping. An estimate of the shipping cost will display at checkout!

• Black Friday Delivery: Due to the high level of orders, please understand that processing the orders will take longer than usual and will be shipped out in the first two weeks of December! Therefore, if you have not received a tracking number a few days after your purchase, do not panic! It is most likely because we are still processing the order.We just ask that you please be patient with us during this time!

Q: How long does it take to receive my order? 

A: We process and ship out your items within 3-5 business days. Once your order is shipped out, you will then receive a tracking number that will be given to you by the shipping courier where you can track the progress of your package. 

Q: How much are your shipping costs? 

A: Current Standard rate= R70

Q: My package was delayed, lost or stolen during transit what happens next.

A: We are very sorry to hear this has happened.However, belanibeauty is not responsible or liable for any occurrences that happen in transit that may lead to a package not being received, this include packages marked as delivered. You can file a claim with the respective courier company as the default of your package occurred on their side and not belanibeauty.co.za
