Damaged Items

If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging and all contents and contact us as soon as possible at for assistance.


Q: I ordered the wrong items, can i get a refund? 

A: Once you have placed your order, we're unable to make changes to the products you've purchased. Please ensure that you order the correct products before you checkout. 

Q: I forgot to add an item to my order, can i add it? 

A: If your order has not been shipped yet, please email us ASAP at and we'll send you our banking details and you can pay for that item via EFT and we'll add it to your order. 

Q: I have received the wrong items or I'm missing items, what do i do? 

A: You may file a claim within three days of delivery by contacting us at Your email must include your full name, the order number, visible photos of all the products you've received. The products that will be replaced must be the same as those initially ordered. A refund will be sent instead of a replacement if missing items do not add up to a significant cost.We will contact you within 48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.
